Unless specified, all GB Mainland orders are sent on the DPD 48hour service or first class post for smaller items. This service takes 2-4 working days. Most orders placed before 10am will be despatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time may not be despatched until the following day. Please note that during busy periods orders may take an extra day to process.

GB mainland customers can request us to send a parcel on a next day delivery service (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery) for 6.99. Please order before 10.00am otherwise your parcel may be despatched on the following day. Parcels are only despatched on weekdays so if you order an item on next day delivery on Friday before 10.00am then it will not be delivered until Monday. Please note that this means that we will despatch the order on a DPD 24 hour service. Occasionally due to DPD delays or stock shortages parcels may take an extra day to be delivered. Where there will be a lengthy delay in despatching your order due to stock shortages then you will be informed by e-mail.

This service is unavailable for orders from Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Republic or Ireland, the Channel Islands and all other International Orders.

Customers placing orders from certain Scottish Post Codes such as those beginning IV and AB should allow an extra day for delivery, on both the 48 and next day services.

DPD deliver Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 6.00pm and should post a card through the door if there is no one to sign for the parcel. DPD WILL NOT leave the parcel in a garage or in the porch as the parcel must be signed for. This is a requirement of DPD and not pwp.com. DPD will though deliver to next-door neighbours if you indicate that you wish this to happen using the special delivery instructions box when placing your order.

If there is no one there to accept delivery, DPD will automatically try again the following day before returning the parcel to your local depot where you will have 3 weeks to collect the parcel before it's returned to us. If you fail to collect the parcel and want it to be sent out again then you will have to pay the additional carriage charge for the parcel to be sent.

If you supply an incorrect postal code or incomplete address then there maybe a delay in despatching your parcel or delivery of your parcel may not be possible. It is not the responsibility of pwp.com to ensure that the address is correct and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your parcel if the address that you supplied is incorrect or incomplete.

pwp.com will only refund the postage back to you if we have made a mistake, ie sent out the incorrect size and will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.

Rackets
If you have cause to return a racket to us, we will only refund or replace the racket if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANYWAY. There must be no ball fluff or wear to the strings, no chips or scratches to the paintwork and the plastic must be still around the handle.

Shoes
We will only be able to refund or replace shoes if they have not been played in, used outside or have any other mark caused by the customer. Shoes should be tried on before throwing the box away as we will require the box if you would like a refund or a replacement.

Clothing
We will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn (this does not include trying on for size), washed or had the label removed. Clothes should also be put back into the packaging before returning them to us. Once again, please include all of the necessary paperwork with your goods when you return them back to us.

Returning items to us
pwp.com recommends that you send all items back to us via some form of recorded delivery so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods that were lost. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then pwp.com will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.
